J. Wippell & Co. is a subsidiary of Watts & Co. While J. Wippell & Co. operates under the direction and ownership of Watts & Co., it is not a separate legal entity. All rights, responsibilities, and liabilities associated with the products and services provided by J. Wippell & Co. are the sole responsibility of Watts & Co. Any references to "J. Wippell & Co." within these terms and conditions are to be interpreted as referring to Watts & Co. and its operations under this brand.

Watts & Co. Ltd are registered in England No. 12934. The company was founded in 1874 and its trading address is Faith House, 7 Tufton Street, London, SW1P 3QE.

Hours of Business
Our online support team is active Monday-Friday, from 9am until 5pm (UK time), excluding Bank Holidays.

Payments and Deposits
Full payment is due before goods can be dispatched – not withstanding prior agreements made with the management. For items that are made to order, a non-refundable deposit of 60% is required before work can begin. Any outstanding balance, along with any shipping charges, will be invoiced when the goods are ready to be posted or collected.

Prices
Value Added Tax is not chargeable on goods exported to non-U.K. countries, however the customer is responsible for all charges and duty payable in the country of destination.
The prices displayed on this website are subject to change if necessary, and without prior notification, at the discretion of the retailer.

Claims & Refunds
Any defects, damages, or shortages must be reported within 30 days of receipt of goods. Any complaint must be accompanied by proof of payment in the form of the invoice number. Unworn items may be exchanged provided that this is both possible and desirable for the retailer in lieu of a refund.
Made to order items and fabrics cut from the roll are non-refundable.

Delivery Timescales
All timescales are commensurate upon receipt of payment, not receipt of enquiry. In stock items aim to be dispatched within 48 hours. For made to order items please allow 8 weeks before dispatch.
Please note that the above timescales are approximate and thus subject to change at the discretion of the retailer.

Colours
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on our website. However, please bear in mind that shades may vary slightly on different computer monitors and under different lighting.
