  • Are all your items in stock?

    The availability of products is indicated on each product page. Some of our products are made-to-order, with relevant lead-times indicated.

  • How long will my order be?

    Orders for in-stock items are usually dispatched in 1-2 working days, though this may vary depending on the product. For made-to-order items, please allow for a 6-8 week lead-time. Please contact us if you need an item urgently and we will let you know whether it can be delivered in time.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    Yes, we can ship to almost every country. Prices vary depending on location.

    Please note when ordering outside of the UK, orders may be subject to local customs fees that are out of our control.

  • Which couriers do you use?

    This depends on your delivery address. We typically use UPS, but also use DHL, DPD, FedEx and Royal Mail.

  • I made a mistake with my order - can I change it?

    We can change the items and delivery address on your order, provided it has not been shipped. Please contact us as soon as you are aware of any error and we shall try to rectify it.

  • I received my order but it’s not right - what can I do?

    Please refer to our returns policy here.

  • Do you have a physical store?

    Wippells is now entirely online, with our full product range available on our website.

  • Do you offer fabric and braid samples?

    If you would like to see a sample of any of our textiles or trims, please order a 'Swatch' of the style and colour you are interested in.

  • Can your products be customised?

    At the moment, we are unfortunately unable to offer any customisations to our clerical wear and vestments.
