Measurement Instructions:

It is very important that you complete this Measurement form in its ENTIRETY. To assist you here are some helpful tips:-

1.
Length to waist (A-B) take from the nape of the neck to the waist (this is the base of the collar all the way to the persons preferred waist.

2. Length to floor (A-C) take from the nape of the neck to the absolute floor (this is the base of the collar all the way to the absolute floor).

3. Length of garment should usually be left to the manufacturers discretion as there are standard lengths for certain garments (if you have a preference please indicate this measurement on the form).

4. Chest, taken over a shirt only not over a heavy item of clothing. Make sure the tape measure is over the shoulder blades at the back and comes close under the arms. (For Women this measurement is above the bust as illustrated.)

5. Bust, (needed for women only) taken at the busts fullest point with the tape measure slightly lower under the arm and level at the back of the front point.

6. Bust point, taken from nape (A) over the shoulder tight to the neck and over the front to the actual bust point.

7. Waist, (B) should be taken over shirt and small belt if worn only and at customers preferred waist site. (not over a heavy item of clothing).

8. Seat, is quite easy. The tape measure should go around the hips including the widest part of the bottom.

9. Sleeve length, stand straight and start with your right arm outstretched to the side hirzontally. Bend the right arm at the elbow only, so your upper ana dlower arm are at 90 degrees to one another at the elbow then move the entire arm forward 1". Half back take at the center back (D), which is horizontal to the elbow and end at the shirt shoulder seam (E). To wrist (F) Must follow on from the half back measurement (E) along the outside edge of the arm to 1" below the knuckle of the wrist. (To double check) let your right arm down by your side, measure from the nape (A) of the neck over the top of the shoulder and staight down the outside of the arm to the knuckle of the wrist (F.) this should measure about the same.

10. Collar, taken around the neck. At least two fingers should fit comfortably between the tape and the neck. However, women generally want a looser fit so put three fingers between tape and neck. We also need the collar height confirmed as either 1", 1-1/4" or 1-1/2" height.

11. ENTIRE HEIGHT. *** MUST ALWAYS BE PROVIDED*** (for women please wear appropriate shoes before taking this measurement).

12. A brief description of your figure is also useful.

Please note it is better to give too many measurements
than not enough!!
